This Book stems from the author’s quest to write a book which is
basic and simple to read for a student of the Negotiable Instruments
Law. The book starts with the discussions on the General Principles of
the Negotiable Instruments Law, then eventually discussing the types and
classifications of Negotiable Instruments, and also integrates
discussions relative to Checks and the Philippine Clearing House Act and
the Bouncing Checks Law. It also contains selected Bar Examination
Questions and Answer relative to the subject matter, as well as
Questions and Answers to the 2011 Bar Examination Questions on
Mercantile Law, which, surprisingly concentrated almost half of its
questions on the nego law. Also included is a Summary of Doctrines in
Negotiable Instruments Law.
